Big Pete Pearson

"Arizona's King of the Blues"

Celebrating 80 Years of Blues & 90 Years Around the Sun!

On October 17, 2026, the Arizona Blues Hall of Fame bestowed the very first Lifetime Achievement Award to Big Pete Pearson.

Further, because of his 80 years of work on stage both here and abroad, and being the first inductee into the Arizona Blues Hall of Fame along side Chico Chism, in 1995, this award will now and forever more be named, "The Big Pete Pearson & Chico Chism Arizona Blues Hall of Fame Lifetime Achievement Award", enshrining his name in Arizona blues music.
